Q. When can I expect my 2008 benefit statement?

Q. What if I forget my password or my account is locked?

Answer:
To protect the security of your QSuper information, we're unable to send online access passwords, or benefit statements via email.

So if you're having trouble logging in, you've forgotten your password, or your access has been disabled, please call us. Our contact details are on the right. Once we confirm your identification over the phone, we can then issue you with a new password.

Q. What details do I need to register for online access?

Answer:
To register, you will need your latest benefit statement. You use the information on your benefit statement to confirm your identity.

Answer:
Typically your returns should appear in your account within 2-3 weeks. However, we are reliant on your pay office sending your super through to us. Delays in your super You need Adobe Reader to open forms, factsheets, newsletters and product disclosure statements on our website. Documents that requires Adobe Reader to view, end with the file extension 'pdf'. If you don't already have this software you can download it for free from Adobe.

Q. How do I change my address?

Answer:
If you are currently employed by the Queensland Government, you should inform your payroll office of your new address. All of these details flow through to us.

If you are not currently employed by the Queensland Government, you should call us or you can change your details directly through QSuper online, if you are registered.

Q. How do I change my investment option?

Answer:
Download and complete an Investment switch form. You can request a switch whenever you like, with a maximum of four in a financial year. There is no fee charged for making a switch.

Answer:

Q. How do I find out my account balance?

Answer:
You can view your account balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, just by signing up for QSuper Online.

Q. How do I join QSuper?

Answer:
QSuper membership is only open to Queensland State Government employees and their spouses. QSuper can only accept contributions from members, their spouses, and Queensland State Government employers. Unfortunately, membership is restricted to these categories only.

QSuper is not subject to choice of fund legislation due to an exemption covering certain public sector schemes, therefore non-Queensland Government employers are not eligible to contribute to QSuper.

Q. How do I get my employer to make my super contributions to QSuper?

Answer:
At present QSuper can only accept compulsory super contributions from Queensland State Government employers.

Although your non-Queensland Government employer is not able to contribute to QSuper, you may still be eligible to pay voluntary contributions into your QSuper account. You can also roll over the money from your new fund into your account when you finish employment.
